Delta Journal of Computing, Communications and Media Technologies(DJCCMT) is an open access double-blind peer reviewed and refereed Journal that brings together reasoned thoughts, research, and industry practice in areas of Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, System Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Embedded Systems, Information and System Security, Media Studies, Communication Technologies, Information Science, Library Science, Educational Technologies, Applied Computing, and related disciplines in a reader-friendly format. The Journal is published online monthly with print version issue in February, May, August and November.

Author & Publication Guidelines
Requirements
  1. Only original, unpublished manuscripts not under review elsewhere.
  2. Manuscript length: 5,000–8,000 words (incl. refs, tables, figures).
  3. Abstract of 150–200 words and 3–6 keywords.
  4. One corresponding author must be designated with full contact details.
Manuscript Formatting
  1. Submit as Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX‐generated PDF.
  2. Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced, A4 or Letter.
  3. Structure: Title page → Abstract → Keywords → Introduction → Methods → Results → Discussion → Conclusion → References.
  4. Embed figures/tables in text with clear, numbered captions.
Ethical & Legal
  1. Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  2. For human/animal studies, include ethics committee approval and consent statements.
  3. Adhere to data protection and privacy laws.
  4. Plagiarism of any form will result in immediate rejection.
Peer Review
  1. Double-blind review: authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
  2. Initial editorial check for scope and completeness (1–2 weeks).
  3. External review turnaround: typically 4–6 weeks.
  4. Revisions tracked via our online portal; final decision letter issued within 2 weeks of revision.
Copyright & Licensing
  1. Authors retain copyright but grant our journal exclusive publication rights.
  2. Published under CC BY 4.0 International License.
  3. Allows sharing, adaptation, and distribution with proper attribution.
  4. Optional commercial reuse requires separate agreement.
